How it works:
- Purchase a qualifying Datamax-O’Neil printer from an authorized reseller between July 1 and December 31, 2009 and get a 1:1 ratio trade-in allowance on any qualifying printer you now own.
- To qualify for the rebate, mail the following items to the Datamax-O'Neil Trade-In Program (see contact info below): (1) A copy of your qualifying invoice (reseller to end-user); (2) A completed trade-in form; (3) the actual serial number tag removed from the trade-in printer(s) being decommissioned (copy not accepted) and a photo of the main board, if trading in a stationary printer.
- Upon receipt of your trade-in documents, we will e-mail you a confirmation.
- Upon review of your documents, a trade-in allowance will be issued to the selected party. The end-user may assign the rebate to the reseller as an up-front discount if the reseller agrees.
- Trade-in rebates must be applied for within 60 days of purchasing new qualifying Datamax-O’Neil printer.
